Raster To Vector UK provides professional raster-to-vector conversion, logo recreation, and technical vector illustration services.

Every project is handled manually by a designer. We do not use automated software. Because of this, minor differences may occur when recreating low-quality or unclear images.

2. Placing an Order

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • You submit your design files and instructions, and
  • Payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed).

We reserve the right to decline any project that:

  • Contains illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proof of ownership.
  • Falls outside our service scope.

3. Payments

Before the final delivery of editable files or as per agreement, you have to make the payment.

We only collect payment information when you provide it. Payment processing is done by secure third-party platforms.

We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

4. Revisions

We provide revisions to ensure the final vector matches your original request.

Revisions apply to the original brief.

If new design changes or additional elements are requested beyond the initial order, additional fees may apply.

We aim to be fair. Our communication is always transparent.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quotation.

We try our best to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete instructions
  • Low-quality source files
  • Large or complex projects
  • Delayed responses from the client

We are not responsible for indirect business losses caused by delivery delays.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

When we receive full payment, you receive full rights to the final vector files we created for you.

You are free to use it for print, web, branding, merchandise, or commercial purposes.

Raster To Vector UK retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request not to publish it while placing the order.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the original image you submit.

7. Refund Policy

Because our work involves time, skill, and manual design effort:

Full refunds are not available once the design is successfully completed.

If we fail to deliver the agreed service, we will correct the issue. We offer a fair solution. We believe in solving problems.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide authentic instructions.
  • Respond to revision proofs within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Confirm final approval before file release.

If a project remains inactive for 30 days due to no client response, it may be archived.

9. Limitation of Liability

Raster To Vector UK is not responsible for:

  • Printing errors caused by third-party printers.
  • Colour variations between screen and print.
  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business interruption comes from the use of our service.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

All website content, including text and branding, belongs to Raster To Vector UK. It can not be copied without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
